液压马达在注塑模具自动脱模中的应用

摘要 利用自动脱模方法设计了具有内螺纹注塑产品的模具,使液压马达带动主动齿轮,驱动从动齿轮,同时在止转机构的作用下带动螺纹型芯旋转,实现内螺纹塑件自动脱模。利用此方法可以充分利用模具空间,使得脱模具有结构简单、易加工及调整维修方便的特点,可利用液压马达调节旋出速度,并通过弹簧推出机构的设计解决拉料钩与液压马达干涉的问题,实现低成本制造、高效率脱模内螺纹产品注塑模具。 The mold with internal thread injection products is designed by using the automatic demoulding method. The hydraulic motor can drive the driving gear, so as to drive the driven gear. At the same time, the screw core is driven to rotate under the action of the non rotation mechanism, so as to realize the automatic demoulding of internal thread plastic parts. This method can make full use of the mold space, so that the demoulding has the characteristics of simple structure, easy processing and convenient adjustment and maintenance. It can use the hydraulic motor to adjust the rotation speed, and solve the problem of the interference between the draw hook and the hydraulic motor through the design of the spring pushing mechanism, so as to realize the low-cost manufacturing and high-efficiency demoulding of the injection mold of internal thread products.
