摘要
为了进一步解决钢球磨煤机减速机齿轮故障问题,在具体案例的基础上,综合钢球磨煤机齿轮断齿故障的具体状态和数据检测结果进行全方位分析,通过振动诊断技术判断齿轮断齿后会出现异响和不良振动,在故障因素分析和优化的基础上提出了优化方案,确保可以为设备的全生命周期管理和质量优化奠定良好基础。
In order to further solve the problem of gear failure of ball mill reducer, this paper based on specific cases,comprehensively analyzed the specific state and data detection results of the gear failure of ball mill, and judged the abnormal noise and bad vibration after the gear failure by vibration diagnosis technology. On the basis of failure factor analysis and optimization, the optimization method is put forward to ensure that it can lay a good foundation for equipment life cycle management and quality optimization.
