Installation and Construction Technology and Quality Control of Limestone Ball Mill in Flue Gas Desulfurization Project

新建燃煤电厂烟气处理脱硫塔制浆系统主要设备为湿式球磨机。球磨机通过旋转筒体内钢球、石灰石、水将石灰石制成浆液。球磨机安装是一项复杂的系统工程,主轴承部、回转部、传动部的装配质量对球磨机荷载运行的稳定性起着至关重要的作用。安装过程中需严格按照施工工艺控制安装精度,确保球磨机的正常稳定运转。施工人员需要在实践中不断总结经验,提高安装水平。以济南重工FGDM2765湿式球磨机为例,对球磨机的施工工艺和安装精度控制进行探讨,以期对施工提供帮助。

The main equipment of the new coal-fired power plant flue gas treatment desulfurization tower pulping system is a wet ball mill. The steel balls, limestone and water in the ball mill’s rotating cylinder interact to make limestone into a slurry. Ball mill installation is complex system engineering. The assembly quality of the main bearing part, the rotary part and the transmission part plays a crucial role in the stability of the ball mill load operation. During the installation process, the installation accuracy should be strictly controlled according to the construction process, so to ensure the normal and stable operation of the ball mill.Construction personnel need to constantly sum up experience in practice and improve the installation level. This paper discusses the construction technology and installation precision control of the ball mill by taking the FGDM2765 wet ball mill installation of Jinan Heavy Industry as an example, in order to be helpful to the construction unit.
