以盾构机在隧道施工中的旧机化为背景,分析旧盾构机拖车轮对拆卸检修过程中的技术难点,提出了轮对在拆卸过程中使用液压平台的总体方案,并列举了其中一种液压平台及使用方法。实践表明,通过合理的拆卸工序,不仅使拆卸过程更安全,而且降低了劳动强度,提高了效率及经济效益。

Based on the background of widely use of old shield machine in tunnel construction, this paper analyzes the technical difficulties in the disassembly and maintenance of old shield machine towing wheel set, puts forward the overall scheme of using hydraulic platform in the disassembly process of wheel set, and lists one hydraulic platform and its application method. The practice shows that the process is safer, the labor intensity is reduced, and the efficiency and economic benefit are improved by the reasonable disassembly process.
