5种量表对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停筛查的比较

Comparison of five scales in screening obstructive sleep apnea syndrome

目的 比较5种筛查量表在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSAS)中应用价值。方法 收集387例OSAS住院患者,分析GOAL问卷、NoSAS评分、STOP-Bang、Berlin问卷、ESS评分对OSAS诊断价值。结果 以AHI 5次/h为截点时,GOAL问卷的AUC最大,敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值最高;以AHI 15、30次/h为截点时,NoSAS问卷的AUC最大;不管在哪个截点,ESS评分的AUC均最小。结论 GOAL和NoSAS问卷在筛查OSAS中有相似的诊断价值,优于STOP-Bang、ESS和Berlin问卷。

Objective To compare the application of five screening scales in obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS).Methods A total of 387 OSAS inpatients were enrolled.Diagnostic values of GOAL questionnaire,NoSAS score,STOPBang,Berlin questionnaire and ESS score were assessed.Results The AUC of GOAL questionnaire reached the top when the cut-off point of AHI was 5 times/h,with the highest sensitivity,specificity,and positive and negative predictive value.The AUC of NoSAS score was peaked when the cut-off point of AHI was 15 and 30 times/h,while that of ESS score was the smallest despite the cut-off point.Conclusion The diagnostic values of GOAL questionnaire and NoSAS score are similar for OSAS,which is superior to STOP-Bang,ESS score and Berlin questionnaire.
