处方点评模式在指导临床合理用药中的应用

Application of prescription comment model in guiding clinical rational drug use

目的探究处方点评模式指导临床合理用药的作用。方法采取回顾性分析方法,将某院2018年4月—2019年4月未实施处方点评模式的500份处方设为对照组,2019年7月-2020年7月实施处方点评模式的500份处方设为观察组,记录并比较两组不合理处方类型、抗菌药物合理使用情况。结果观察组不合理处方类型总发生率低于对照组,抗菌药物合理使用情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论处方点评模式对指导临床合理用药可实现安全用药、防范风险的目的,提高医务人员工作质量和医疗水平。

Objective To explore the role of prescription comment model in guiding clinical rational drug use.Methods According to the simple randomization method,500 prescriptions in a hospital who did not undergo prescription comment model from April 2018 to April 2019 were set as the Control Group,and 500 prescriptions in the hospital who underwent prescription comment model from July 2019 to July 2020 were set as the Observation Group.The types of unreasonable prescriptions and rational use of antimicrobial agents were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of unreasonable prescription types in the Observation Group was lower than that of the Control Group,the rational use of antimicrobial agents in the Observation Group was superior to the Control Group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The guidance of the prescription comment model for rational use of antimicrobial agents in clinical practice can achieve safe medication and risk prevention and improve the work quality and medical service level of medical staff.
