Galectin-3在慢性心力衰竭中的作用

摘要 Galectin-3(Gal-3)拥有多种生理功能。研究发现Gal-3通过抑制其合成与分泌减少诱导心肌纤维化、延缓心肌重构,改善预后,有辅助心衰诊断及判断预后的临床价值。该文就Gal-3在参与慢性心衰的相关机制及其临床价值作一综述。 Galectin-3(Gal-3)has various physiological functions.Studies have shown that Gal-3 can reduce myocardial fibrosis,delay myocardial remodeling,and improve prognosis by inhibiting its synthesis and secretion,and it has clinical value in assisting the diagnosis and prognosis of heart failure.This paper reviews the mechanism and clinical value of Gal-3 in chronic heart failure.
