摘要
热控系统是指在火力发电厂中用于监测控制各类热工装置正常运行的微机保护系统,它是火电厂得以长期稳定运行的基础保障。然而随着我国电网建设规模越来越大,火电厂发电效率不断提升,以往传统热控系统在制动故障与运行检测方面的短板问题开始逐渐暴露出来。基于此,本文主要是从火电厂运行实际出发,对现阶段电厂热控系统在可靠性技术上的不足问题进行分析,而后根据热控系统的常见问题,提出对热控系统进行优化升级的措施对策。
Thermal control system refers to a microcomputer protection system used to monitor and control the normal operation of various thermal devices in thermal power plants.It is the basic guarantee for thermal power plants to operate stably for a long time.However,with the increasing scale of my country’s power grid construction and the continuous improvement of the power generation efficiency of thermal power plants,the shortcomings of traditional thermal control systems in braking faults and operation detection have gradually been exposed.Based on this,this paper mainly starts from the actual operation of thermal power plants,analyzes the technical deficiencies of the thermal control system of the power plant at the current stage,and then proposes measures to optimize and upgrade the thermal control system according to the common problems of the thermal control system.countermeasures.
