数字化单兵设备统一接入警务通的设计与应用

本文通过研究当前交警常用数字化单兵设备(以下简称单兵设备)功能、系统硬件能力、通信模块等情况,按照移动警务开发和安全要求,提出单兵设备统一接入警务通的应用方案,设计统一接入SDK。通过公安交通集成指挥平台APP(以下简称集指APP)开展移动警务应用,在该应用中对接了执法记录仪,打通了集指APP和执法记录仪的数据传输,验证了统一接入SDK方案的可行性,拓展了交警执勤执法的模式和方法,提升了民警工作效率及规范水平。

In this paper,by studying the functions,system hardware capabilities and communication modules of the current common digitalized individual officer equipment used by traffic police officers,this paper proposes an application scheme for unified access of individual officer equipment to police PDA and designs a unified access SDK according to the development and security requirements of mobile police.Through the public security traffic integration command platform APP for mobile police applications and by docking the law enforcement recorder in the application,the data transmission between the APP and the law enforcement recorder is realized.The paper thus verifies the feasibility of unified access to the SDK scheme,which can expand the law enforcement modes and methods of traffic police and enhance the work efficiency and standardization level of traffic police.
