摘要
某电厂600 MW锅炉在重启前预防性检查发现冷灰斗螺旋水冷壁存在泄漏点,泄漏点对相邻钢管产生吹损,通过现场情况检查、宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相检验,对泄漏点形成的原因进行了分析。结果表明:在焊缝存在气孔缺陷的诱因下,多条焊缝重叠交叉产生的结构应力促使裂纹萌生,最终导致泄漏。
The preventive inspection of a 600 MW boiler in a power plant before restarting found that there was a leakage point in the spiral water-cooled wall of the cold ash bucket,and the leakage point caused blowing damage to the adjacent steel pipes.The reasons for the formation were analyzed.The results show that under the inducement of porosity defects in the weld,the structural stress generated by the overlapping and crossing of multiple welds promotes the initiation of cracks and eventually leads to leakage.
