摘要
为了完全解决木材干燥过程中供热及废气污染问题,本系统基于木材干燥过程中热能形成与消耗原理,将三种太阳能集热方法综合应用于木材干燥系统中。即利用太阳能集热技术加热进入干燥室的空气、利用太阳能光热技术加热水,利用太阳能光电技术为整个干燥系统供电。设计了一个干燥容积为20立方米的木材干燥室太阳能综合供热系统,包括干燥尾气热量回收设备、太阳能加热器的选型和关键热量参数、太阳能热水器的型号和关键热能参数、太阳能光电设备选型和关键热量参数等。整个太阳能木材干燥综合系统为木材干燥的发展提供了一种非常经济环保的方式。
In order to completely solve the problems of heating and waste gas pollution in the process of wood drying,this system is based on the principle of heat energy formation and consumption in the process of wood drying,and three kinds of solar energy collection methods are applied to the wood drying system.That is to say,using solar energy heat collecting technology to heat the air entering the drying room,using solar photothermal technology to heat water,and using solar photovoltaic technology to supply power for the whole drying system.A comprehensive solar heating system for wood drying chamber with a drying volume of 20 cubic meters was designed,including heat recovery equipment for drying tail gas,selection and key heat parameters of solar heater,model and key heat parameters of solar water heater,selection and key heat parameters of solar photoelectric equipment,etc.The whole solar wood drying system provides a very economic and environmental protection way for the development of wood drying.
