摘要
随着国内一线城市新增土地资源供应日益紧张,针对老城区存量用地进行城市更新,已经成为房地产企业一线城市竞争的重要方向,这也给工程项目管理带来了新的挑战。本文以广州市老城区的某商住楼项目为例,梳理了旧城区城市更新项目与常规项目不同的工程管理难点,并提出相应建议。
With the increasingly tight supply of new land resources in first-tier cities in China,urban renewal for the inventory land in old urban areas has become an important direction for real estate enterprises to compete in first-tier cities,which also brings new challenges to engineering project management.Taking a commercial and residential building project in the old urban area of Guangzhou city as an example,this paper compares and summarizes the project management difficulties of urban renewal projects in old urban area with conventional projects,and proposes corresponding suggestions.
