建设单位工程建设项目管理难点及措施探讨

Discussion on Difficulties and Measures for Construction Units in Engineering Construction Project Management

随着时代的不断发展和科技的进步,当前国内建筑工程的数量和规模相较于以前都有了显著提升。但是当前的工程项目建设过程中,建设单位在开展项目管理工作时依旧会遇到各种各样的问题,对建设单位的管理效果产生影响。针对建设项目来说,作为建设单位,首先应当明确管理工作中的重点和难点,之后有针对性地采取措施来进行解决。因此,本文针对建设项目中建设单位的管理难点和重点开展了分析与研究,以供广大同人参考。

With the continuous development of the times and the progress of science and technology,the number and scale of domestic construction projects have been significantly increased compared with the previous ones.However,in the construction process of engineering projects,construction units still encounter various problems when carrying out project management,which affect the management effect of construction units.For the construction project,the construction units should firstly clarify the key and difficult points in the management,and then take targeted measures to solve these problems.Therefore,this paper analyzes and researches the management difficulties and key points of construction units in construction projects,and provides the reference of the majority of colleagues.
