近海建筑物地下室底板渗漏水处理施工技术研究

Research on Construction Technology of Water Leakage Treatment for Basement Floor Plate of Offshore Buildings

近年来随着沿海城市迅猛扩张,一些公共建筑、城市地标等沿近海布置,给城市带来美丽风光的同时,对地下空间的无渗漏利用带来新的挑战;此外一些建筑物的抗浮设计不达标或者施工处理措施不到位甚至引发结构安全性问题。本文对某沿海城市大型公共建筑地下室地板渗漏问题研究,通过采用专家现场询问观察法、经验分析法等一系列方法,深入浅出地分析出相关渗漏的原因及防治措施,对近海建筑物防渗漏防治具有重要意义。

In recent years,with the rapid expansion of coastal cities,some public buildings and urban landmarks have been arranged along the coast,bringing beautiful scenery to the city and also bringing new challenges to the non-leakage utilization of underground space.In addition,the anti-floating design of some buildings fails to meet the standards or the construction treatment measures are not in place,and even cause structural safety problems.This paper studies the problem of floor leakage in the basement floor of the large public building in a coastal city,and analyzes the causes and prevention measures of related leakage in a simple but profound manner by using a series of methods such as expert on-site inquiry observation method and empirical analysis method,which is of great significance for the prevention and control of leakage in offshore buildings.
