水资源管理中水利信息化技术的应用探析

Application of Water Conservancy Informationization Technology in Water Resources Management

为解决水资源数字信息化管理中出现的问题,提高水情、险情等数据信息的精准性以及水资源的有效利用率,达到节约水资源、保护自然环境的积极作用,本文对水利信息化技术在生态环境保护、防洪减灾、水环境监测等方面的应用进行研究,提出建立完善的水资源管理机制、强化水利信息软件的创新研发力度、增强专业技术人员的职业素养、加大资金投入力度等解决措施,以期为相关人员提供参考。

In order to solve the problems in the digital information management of water resources,improve the accuracy of data information such as water conditions and dangerous situations and the effective utilization rate of water resources,and achieve the positive role of saving water resources and protecting the natural environment,this paper studies the application of water conservancy information technology in ecological environmental protection,flood prevention and disaster reduction,water environment monitoring and other aspects,and proposes the solution measures such as establishing a sound water resources management mechanism,strengthening the innovation and research and development of water conservancy information software,enhancing the professional quality of professional technical personnel,and increasing capital investment,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
