固定结构氧化物催化剂催化去除碳烟颗粒的研究现状

摘要 本文介绍了常见的固定结构氧化物催化剂在碳烟颗粒氧化去除方面的应用,从钙钛矿型、尖晶石型以及其他固定结构等方面对固定结构催化剂催化去除碳烟进行了阐述,固定结构催化剂因其A位、B位离子可被过渡金属、碱金属元素、贵金属元素部分替代增加其表面积及空间容积,且几乎所有的稳定元素均可进入固定结构,以及也可作为载体材料负载活性金属成分等方面使其在碳烟颗粒的催化去除方面有显著的优势。 This paper introduces the application of common fixed structural oxide catalysts in the oxidation removal of soot particles,and expounds the catalytic removal of soot by fixed structural catalysts from perovskite form,spinel form and other fixed structures.The fixed structural catalyst can be partially replaced by transition metals,alkali metal elements and precious metal elements to increase its surface area and spatial volume due to its A position and B position ions,and almost all stable elements can enter the fixed structure.In addition,it can serve as the carrier material for loading active metal components,and has significant advantages in the catalytic removal of soot particles.
