摘要
电气改装是试验机改装过程中的重点和难点,其中较为典型的是电气改装的电磁干扰和电磁兼容性问题。电磁兼容已经成为大型改装必须面对的客观问题,电磁干扰故障的发生会阻碍系统的正常使用。如果解决不当,不仅会造成经济损失,而且会导致任务系统失去作用,甚至对原机造成干扰。怎样能有效避免电磁干扰的发生,抑制电磁干扰,切实提高设备及电缆间的电磁兼容性显得尤为重要。
Electrical modification is the focus and difficulty in the process of testing machine modification,of which the more typical is the electromagnetic interference and electromagnetic compatibility problems of electrical modification.Electromagnetic compatibility has become an objective problem that must be faced by large-scale modifications,and the occurrence of electromagnetic interference failures will hinder the normal use of the system.If it is not solved properly,it will not only cause economic losses,but also cause the dysfunction of task system,and even cause interference to the original machine.How to effectively avoid the occurrence of electromagnetic interference,suppress electromagnetic interference,and effectively improve the electromagnetic compatibility between equipment and cables is particularly important.
