摘要
青少年是我国建设科技强国的人才基础,提升青少年数据思维,需要大力开展各类数据科技创新实践活动。数据思维从本质上讲是人类利用数据创造价值的一种思维能力。数据思维包括数据的整体性、数据的量化关联性、数据结果的辩证审视、基于数据的决策、数据的价值再造五个关键要素。青少年数据思维的培养可以通过以学校为主导的引领式培养和以青少年为中心的课程培养,按照项目式数据思维培养框架,开展丰富多彩的数据思维培养活动,促进青少年科技教育更高质量发展。
Teenagers are the talent base for China to build a strong country in science and technology.To improve the data thinking of teenagers,it is necessary to vigorously carry out various data science and technology innovation practice activities.Data thinking is essentially a kind of thinking ability that human beings use data to create value.Data thinking includes five key elements:integrity of data,quantitative relevance of data,dialectical examination of data results,decision making based on data,and value reengineering of data.The training of teenagers’data thinking can be carried out through the leading training led by schools and the curriculum training centered on teenagers.According to the project-based data thinking training framework,rich and colorful data thinking training activities can be carried out to promote the higher quality development of teenagers’science and technology education.
