摘要
该文以“雪龙2”号极地科考破冰船实验室管理为例,分析船舶运货与实验需求、实验空间小与设备多等6个方面的矛盾,提出以下解决方案及机制:结合船舶破冰能力优化航次设计,组成船队以优势功能互补强化走航观测能力,配合模块化实验室和集装箱可移动实验室提升实验空间,在管理上明确管理人员责任分工,结合航次任务需求机动配备管理人员数量并建立轮岗管理机制,妥善安置暂时下船实验设备和托管大型仪器设备,强化危化品管理,等等。经多个极地航次运行检验,上述措施能有效提升“雪龙2”号科考作业安全性和实验室工作效率,适应现代化极地科考破冰船的运行,对大洋级、全球级科考船实验室管理具有借鉴意义。
Taking the laboratory management of the polar scientific icebreaker Xuelong2 as an example,this paper analyzes the contradictions in six aspects,such as ship freight and experimental requirements,small experimental space and large number of equipment,and so on.Then puts forward the following solutions and mechanisms,optimize the voyage design based on the ice-breaking capability of the ship,form a fleet to complement the advantageous functions to strengthen the navigation observation capability,cooperate with the modular laboratory and the container mobile laboratory to improve the experimental space,clarify the division of responsibilities of managers in management,and combined with voyage task requirements motor with management personnel quantity and rotational management mechanism,properly placed temporary disembarkation experimental equipment and entrusted large-scale instruments and equipment,and strengthen the management of hazardous chemicals.After several polar voyages operation inspections,the above measures can effectively improve the safety and laboratory work efficiency of the Xuelong2 scientific expedition,adapt to the operation of modern polar scientific research icebreaker,and have reference significance for the laboratory management of ocean and global scientific research ships.
