摘要
采用纸床法研究了山梨酰胺(SLXA)对不同程度镧胁迫条件下小麦种子萌发的影响。结果表明:125.0 mg/L的SLXA对1 mg/L的镧缓解程度最好,使小麦的发芽率较对照组提高了24.29%,SLXA缓解小麦种子在镧胁迫条件下萌发的浓度范围为1~40 mg/L。62.5 mg/L的SLXA缓解1 mg/L镧胁迫小麦幼苗生根较对照组提高22.25%,SLXA无法缓解高浓度镧胁迫对小麦种子萌发的影响,从种子根尖透射电镜图可以推测,山梨酰胺的参与对种子根尖的蛋白颗粒有修复作用,从而能缓解种子受胁迫下而萌发的现象。
The effects of sorbamide(SLXA)on wheat seed germination under different degrees of lanthanum stress are studied by paper bed method.The results show that the remission degree of 125.0 mg/L SLXA to 1 mg/L lanthanum is the best,which increases the germination rate of wheat by 24.29%compared with blank control.The concentration range of SLXA to alleviate the germination of wheat seeds under lanthanum stress is 1~40 mg/L.62.5 mg/L SLXA alleviates the stress of 1 mg/L lanthanum,and the rooting degree of wheat seedlings is 22.25%higher than that of blank control.SLXA could not alleviate the effect of high concentration lanthanum stress on wheat seed germination.It can be inferred from the transmission electron microscope that the participation of sorbide can repair the protein particles in the root tip of seeds,which can apparently alleviate the phenomenon of seed germination under stress.
