摘要 结合新工科建设和仿真分析课程教学需求,开展了螺纹连接松动机理有限元仿真分析。首先建立了螺纹连接结构精细的有限元模型,采用Workbench实现了螺纹连接松动的静力学加载仿真分析,仿真结果直观显示了螺纹牙载荷分布不均匀的现象;同时开展了瞬态动力学仿真分析,验证了接触状态的改变会导致螺栓松动,振动载荷的施加会打破原有的摩擦自锁,从而造成预紧力的减少。该虚拟仿真实验扩展了学生对微观变化过程的直观体验,激发了学生探索科学规律的兴趣,有效弥补了理论知识学习与工程实际场景的认知差距,增强了学生对所学知识的理解、掌握和综合运用能力。 Combined the construction of new engineering with the teaching needs of simulation analysis courses,a finite element simulation analysis of the loosening mechanism of threaded connections is carried out.A fine finite element model of the threaded connection structure is established,and the static loading simulation analysis of the loose threaded connection is realized by using Workbench.The simulation results intuitively show the phenomenon of uneven load distribution of the thread teeth;At the same time,the transient dynamic simulation analysis is carried out,and it is verified that the change of the contact state will lead to the loosening of the bolt,and the application of the vibration load will break the original frictional self-locking,resulting in the reduction of the preload force.The virtual simulation experiment expands students'intuitive experience of the microscopic change process,stimulates students'interest in exploring scientific laws,effectively bridges the cognitive gap between theoretical knowledge learning and actual engineering scenarios,and enhances students'understanding and mastery of what they have learned and comprehensive utilization ability.
