摘要 针对大型医学影像设备实践教学中存在的依赖实践场地、实践时间有限和成像过程封闭不可见等实践教学难题,在加快促进高质量健康人才培养培训的背景下,构建了基于数字孪生技术的智能医学影像实验室。从成像对象物理数据生成、成像数据虚拟采集、数字孪生驱动的迭代优化设计和应用开发4个方面给出构建过程。智能医学影像实验室具备成像参数均可开放设置、数据采集过程动态可视、可辅助设备的研发验证等优势,满足DR、CT、MRI、PET设备和放射测量设备实践教学的在线开展,推动了实践教学体系和实验室功能的重塑和创新。 In order to solve the problems such as reliance on practice areas,limited practice time and closed and invisible imaging processes in practice teaching for large-scale equipment in medical imaging,an intelligent medical imaging laboratory based on digital twin technology is built in the background of accelerating high-quality medical talents cultivation.This paper has demonstrated the construction idea from four aspects:physical data generation of imaging objects,virtual acquisition of imaging data,optimal iterative designs driving by digital twin,and application development of research requirements.The parameters of the intelligent medical imaging equipment in the laboratory can be set openly,and the data acquisition process can be dynamically visible,which can assist the research and verification of the equipment.The intelligent medical imaging laboratory provides a practical platform meet the needs of online practice teaching of digital radiography(DR)equipment,computed tomography(CT)equipment,magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)equipment,positron emission computed tomography(PET)equipment and radiation measurement equipment,and promotes the reshaping and innovation of the practical teaching system and laboratory functions.
