摘要 为有效模拟火箭在发射回收过程中推进剂的复杂晃动模态,该文设计了一种基于六自由度振动平台的液体旋转晃动实验装置。该装置能模拟液体大幅摇摆晃动、低速旋转晃动、快速旋转晃动和高频凸起晃动等多种模态,通过三组不同充液高度液体在不同激励频率下的旋转晃动实验,发现液面晃动峰值随激励频率的增加而线性减小,且存在液面峰值突变的频率相变点。实验结果表明,该装置空间灵活性好,实现了六自由度的姿态运动,能有效地进行贮箱内液体多种晃动模态的地面模拟研究。 In order to effectively simulate the complex sloshing modes of propellant in the process of rocket launch and recovery,a liquid rotational sloshing experimental device based on a six degree of freedom vibration platform is designed.The device can simulate various modes of liquid sloshing,such as large swing sloshing,low-speed rotating sloshing,fast rotating sloshing and high-frequency convex sloshing.Through the rotating sloshing experiments of three groups of liquids with different filling heights at different excitation frequencies,it is found that the peak value of liquid surface sloshing decreases linearly with the increase of excitation frequency,and there is a frequency phase transition point of liquid surface peak mutation.The experimental results show that the device has good spatial flexibility,realizes the attitude motion of six degrees of freedom,and can effectively simulate the ground simulation of various sloshing modes of liquid in the tank.
