摘要
组合夹具设计实验对于学生理解掌握机床夹具设计原理与应用知识具有重要作用。文章基于虚拟现实开发引擎Unity,以C#语言脚本编程实现虚拟拆装、调用MySQL命令进而实现信息管理为技术路线,并结合实验室现场实操,开发了虚拟仿真实验与现场实验相结合的实验教学平台,有效解决了实验设备套数不足、实验时间及空间受限等难题,为激发学生的创造性提供了一个完备的“虚实结合”“虚实互促”实验教学环境。文章还以活塞钻孔工序为例,介绍了密切结合工艺过程进行组合夹具创新性、多样性设计实验的思路与方法。
The modular fixture design experiment plays an important role in students'understanding and mastering the design principle and application knowledge of machine tool fixtures.Based on the virtual reality development engine Unity,taking the c#language script programming to realize virtual disassembly and assembly,calling MySQL commands to realize information management as the technical route,and combined with the laboratory field operation,this paper develops an experimental teaching platform combining virtual simulation experiment and field experiment,which effectively solves the problems of insufficient sets of experimental equipment,limited experimental time and space,It provides a complete experimental teaching environment of“combination of virtual and reality”and“mutual promotion of virtual and reality”to stimulate students’creativity.Taking the piston drilling process as an example,this paper also introduces the ideas and methods of innovative and diverse design experiments of combined fixture closely combined with the technological process.
