“1+X”证书制度下高职城市轨道交通运营管理专业课证融通实施路径及策略研究

Research on implementation path and strategy of course certificate integration of urban rail transit operation management specialty in higher vocational colleges under“1+X”certificate system

“1+X”证书制度的实施对于提升城轨交通运营管理专业人才培养标准、助推城轨交通运营管理专业技能型人才构建、深化专业产教融合、服务国家综合立体交通网的建设有着积极作用。针对城轨交通运营管理专业人才培养方案与职业技能证书衔接不紧密、专业教学标准与职业技能证书标准融合度不高、专业课证融通教学资源缺乏、专业课证融通有效渠道不健全、高素质高技能“双师型”教师队伍培养机制有待优化等问题,提出了城轨交通运营管理专业课证赛融通学分银行、人才培养方案、课证融通教学资源、课证融通课程体系的建设路径,并结合建设路径提出了课证融通专业实训教学基地、课证融通技能评价平台、课证融通立体化教学资源、高素质高技能“双师型”教学团队、课证融通课程体系的建设策略。

The implementation of“1+X”certificate system plays a positive role in improving the training standards of urban rail transit operation management talents,promoting the construction of skilled talents in urban rail transit operation management,deepening the integration of industry and education,and serving the construction of national comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network.In view of the problems such as the lack of close connection between the training plan of urban rail transit operation management talents and vocational skill certificates,the low integration of professional teaching standards and vocational skill certificate standards,the lack of the course certificate integration teaching resources,the imperfect effective channels of course certificate integration,and the cultivation mechanism of high-quality and high skilled"double qualified"teachers to be optimized,this paper puts forward the construction path of the credit bank of course certificate competition integration,talent training plan,teaching resources and curriculum system of course certificate integration of the urban rail transit operation management specialty,and puts forward the construction strategy of professional training and teaching base,technical ability evaluation platform,the three-dimensional teaching resources of course certificate integration,the high-quality and high skilled"double qualified"teaching team and course certificate integration curriculum system.
