摘要
以徐矿集团郭家河煤业有限责任公司为实例,针对现场矿井胶轮车运输智能管理系统的运行情况,对原有系统进行了优化提升,通过人、车位置实时数据准确搭建无轨胶轮车运输资源的供给方和需求方之间沟通桥梁,增强了车辆运行的规范性,提高了车辆运行效率,杜绝不安全行为,在保障安全运输的同时使得胶轮车运输资源的效能最大化。
Taking the example of Xuzhou Mining Group Guojiahe Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,according to the running situation of the field mine rubber-tyred truck transportation intelligent management system,the scientific research project builds a communication bridge between the supply side and the demand side of the transportation resources of trackless rubber-tyred vehicles through accurate and real-time data of the position of people and vehicles.At the same time,we should give full play to the maximum efficiency of rubber-tyred vehicle transportation resources.In view of the underground position and operation of vehicles in the current monitoring and control system in mines,through the research on the intelligent management system of trackless rubber-tyred vehicle transportation,the intelligentization of underground vehicle management is strengthened,and the standardization of vehicle operation is enhanced,it is of great significance to put an end to unsafe behavior,to improve vehicle operation efficiency,prolong service life and save production cost.
