多维度分析2022年江苏省第一季度省级食品安全监督抽检结果

摘要 食品安全监督抽检以发现问题为导向,可有效防范食品安全事故。本文对2022年江苏省第一批省级监督抽检情况进行分析,结果发现此次共抽检了29个大类食品,平均不合格率为2.31%,主要不合格项目为农兽药残留、微生物指标、质量指标和重金属残留等。此外还对下一步食品监管工作提出了相关建议。 Food safety supervision and sampling inspection is guided by finding problems,which can effectively prevent food safety accidents.This paper analyzes the first batch of provincial supervision and sampling inspection in Jiangsu province in 2022,and finds that 29 major categories of food were sampled,with an average unqualified rate of 2.31%.The main unqualified items were agricultural and veterinary drug residues,microbial indicators,quality indicators and heavy metal residues.In addition,relevant suggestions were also made for the next step of food supervision.
