摘要
食品安全监督抽检执法在排除食品安全问题隐患中发挥了重要作用。本文阐述了食品安全监督抽检的重要意义,指出了食品安全监督抽检执法常见问题,梳理食品安全监督抽检的重点与方法,在此基础上,剖析了食品安全监督抽检与综合执法的衔接机制,并提出了食品安全监督抽检执法的路径,旨在为当前食品安全监督抽检与综合执法提供实践启示。
The law enforcement of food safety supervision and spot inspection has played an important role in eliminating food safety problems and hidden dangers.The interpretation of the significance of food safety supervision and sampling to comb the food safety supervision and sampling point and method,the points of the food safety supervision and sampling law enforcement common problems,on this basis,the analysis of food safety supervision and checking mechanism linking to the comprehensive law enforcement,finally puts forward the path of the food safety law enforcement supervision and sampling,aiming at the current food safety supervision and comprehensive law enforcement to provide practical implications.
