茶多糖含量的快速测定方法

摘要 茶多糖(Tea Polysaccharides,TPS)是茶叶中的一种杂多糖复合物,有降血糖等功能,有关其应用的报道日益增多,但目前没有快速检测方法。本文比较了应用分光比色法时茶叶样品中TPS的两种提取方法,即水提法和80%乙醇清洗水提法,并同时用D-无水葡萄糖标准品和采用茶叶原料提取并纯化的TPS作为标准品,进行检测对照,得到校正系数1.95,进而得到一种准确、快速地测定茶叶样品中TPS含量的苯酚-硫酸法。 Tea polysaccharides(TPS)is a kind of heteropolysaccharide compound in tea,which has many functions such as lowering blood sugar,Reports are increasing,but there is no rapid detection method at present.In this paper,two extraction methods of TPS in tea samples by spectrophotometry were compared,that is,water extraction and 80%ethanol washing water extraction.Meanwhile,D-anhydrous glucose standard and TPS extracted and purified from tea raw materials were used as standard,and the correction coefficient was 1.95.So as to obtain an accurate and rapid method for determining TPS content in tea samples by phenol sulfuric acid method.
