高效液相色谱法快速测定生活饮用水中7种拟除虫菊酯类农药 被引量:2

摘要 目的:采用高效液相色谱法建立对生活饮用水中甲氰菊酯、高效氟氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊脂、氰戊菊酯、顺-氯菊酯、反-氯菊酯和联苯菊酯7种常见拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量的快速检测方法。方法:液-液萃取法进行样品前处理,以正己烷作为萃取溶剂,高效液相色谱法-二极管阵列检测器同时测定饮用水中的7种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量。结果:在确立的实验条件下,7种拟除虫菊酯类农药在0.05~5.00μg·mL^(-1)呈现良好的线性关系,其相关系数在0.999以上,方法检出限为0.04~0.05μg·L^(-1),平均加标回收率为84.98%~110.67%,相对标准偏差为3.02%~8.81%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作方便、简单、快速,结果可靠,适用于基层实验室对生活饮用水中拟除虫菊酯类农药残留的快速测定。 Objective:To establish a rapid method for the determination of seven common pyrethroid pesticide residues in drinking water by high performance liquid chromatography,including fenpropathrin,beta cypermethrin,deltamethrin,fenvalerate,cis cypermethrin,trans cypermethrin and bifenthrin.Method:The samples were pretreated by liquid-liquid extraction,and n-hexane was used as the extraction solvent.The residues of 7 pyrethroids in drinking water were determined simultaneously by high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detector.Result:Under the established experimental conditions,the concentrations of 7 pyrethroid pesticides ranged from 0.05 to 5.00μg·mL^(-1).The correlation coefficient was above 0.999 and the detection limit was 0.04~0.05μg·mL^(-1).The average recovery was 84.98%~110.67%,and the relative standard deviation was 3.02%~8.81%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is convenient,simple,rapid and reliable.It is suitable for the rapid determination of pyrethroid pesticide residues in drinking water.
