产城融合背景下长沙美食之都构建湘菜产业高质量发展研究

Research on the High-Quality Development of Hunan Cuisine Industry in Changsha Food City Under the Background of Industry-City Integration

城市是产业发展、人们生活的载体,也是人类文明进步的结晶和摇篮。产城融合发展是当今城市经济发展的基本途径,湘菜产业已成为湖南重要的特色产业之一。本文阐述了长沙湘菜产业的发展现状,分析了湘菜产业高质量发展存在的问题与挑战,提出了构建发展新机制、培育发展新动能、成立发展新智库、延伸发展新业态和加大多元化投入等促进长沙湘菜产业实现高质量发展的对策,对建设国际美食之都,拉动第三产业发展,提升我省经济发展具有十分重要的意义。

City is the carrier of industrial development and people’s life,as well as the crystallization and cradle of human civilization.The integrated development of industry and city is the basic way of urban economic development.Hunan cuisine industry has become one of the important characteristic industries in Hunan.This paper expounds the development status of Hunan cuisine industry in Changsha,analyzes the problems and challenges existing in the high-quality development of Hunan cuisine industry,and puts forward some countermeasures to promote the high-quality development of Hunan cuisine industry in Changsha,such as building a new development mechanism,cultivating new momentum for development,establishing a new think tank for development,extending the development of new formats,and increasing diversified investment.It is of great significance to build the international food capital,promote the development of the tertiary industry and promote the economic development of our province.
