基于数字化管理技术的食品供应链安全管理研究

摘要 针对数字化管理技术下的食品供应链安全管理问题展开探讨,分析了影响食品供应链安全的主要因素,包括人为因素、环境因素、技术因素等多个方面,并结合食品供应链安全特点,提出了数字化管理技术在食品供应链安全管理中的应用策略。根据研究结果可知,通过构建食安数字化智能塔,以数据代替经验辅助决策,并将其融入食品供应链当中,能够有效提升食品供应链安全管理水平,进一步保障食品安全。 This paper discusses the safety management of food supply chain under the digital management technology,analyzes the main factors affecting food supply chain safety,including human factors,environmental factors,technical factors and other aspects,and combined with the characteristics of food supply chain safety,puts forward the application of digital management technology in the strategy of food supply chain safety management.According to the research results,through the construction of food safety number intelligence tower,using data instead of experience to assist decision-making,and integrating it into the food supply chain,it can effectively improve the safety management level of the food supply chain,and further ensure food safety.
