2020-2022年云南省玉溪市白酒检测数据统计分析

Analysis on the Present Situation of Yuxi Baijiu in Yunnan Province in Recent Three Years

白酒种类繁多,从文学艺术创作、文化娱乐到饮食烹饪、养生保健均必不可少,在人们生活中占据着重要的位置。云南省作为我国少数民族最多的地区,白酒需求量巨大,各民族爱酒、饮酒的传统习俗源远流长。为了加强白酒质量管理,云南省玉溪市市场监督管理局对辖区内生产环节、流通环节以及餐饮环节的白酒进行监督检验,本文对2020—2022年白酒检验结果进行整理和分析,并分析检出原因,以期为相关部门下一步的监督管理决策制定提供科学依据。

Baijiu has a wide variety.From literary and artistic creation,cultural entertainment to diet,cooking,health care,Baijiu is essential and occupies an important position in people’s life.As the region with the largest number of ethnic minorities in China,Baijiu is in great demand,and the traditional customs of drinking and loving wine of all ethnic groups have a long history.In order to strengthen the quality management of Baijiu,Yuxi market supervision and Administration Bureau of Yunnan province conducted supervision and inspection of Baijiu in the production,circulation and catering links within its jurisdiction.This paper collated and analyzed the inspection results of Baijiu from 2020 to 2022,and analyzed the detection reasons,in order to provide scientific basis for the next supervision and management decision-making of relevant departments.
