商改型工业遗产园区空间人群疏散优化研究

摘要 工业遗产园区在建设之初遵循工业建筑建设规范,而今规范和功能的变更使其已不符合现行消防安全标准。在城市产业转型和存量空间优化的背景下,商业化改造成为工业遗产园区更新的典型方向。但对于园区公共空间而言,既不能大拆大改,又需考虑激增的高密度人群所带来的安全隐患。本文基于Building EXODUS软件的人流模拟分析,以重庆市鹅岭二厂文创公园为例,探究在园区空间布局总体不变的基础上,拓宽已有出口、在不同方向增设出口、封闭部分山墙间狭窄路径的方式对缓解疏散瓶颈效应、减少疏散总时长的作用,提出优化商业化工业遗产园区疏散效率的策略。 At the beginning of construction,the Industrial Heritage Park followed the industrial building construction specifications,but now the changes of specifications and functions make the current fire safety standards no longer suitable for it.Under the background of urban industrial transformation and stock space optimization,commercial-ization-type transformation has become a typical direction of Industrial Heritage Park renewal.However,the public space in the park is not allowed to demolish and reform,while facing the potential safety hazards caused by the surge of high-density people.Based on the pedestrian flow simulation analysis of building Exodus software,taking the cultural and creative park of Chongqing E’ling No.2 Fac-tory as an example,this paper explores the role of widening the existing exits,adding exits in different directions and closing the narrow paths between some gables on alleviat-ing the evacuation bottleneck effect and reducing the to-tal evacuation time on the basis of the overall unchanged spatial layout of the park.Then the strategies to optimize the evacuation efficiency of Commercial Industrial Heritage Park are put forward.
