既有社区医养结合型养老设施空间使用效率研究——基于成都市3处设施的使用后评价

Research on the Space Use Efficiency of Existing Community Medical-nursing Combined Facilities:a Post-Occupation Evaluation of Three Examples in Chengdu

我国自2000年迈入老龄化社会之后,养老问题日趋严峻,“医养结合”成为近年来养老领域的核心事业,现有医养结合型社区养老设施却存在大量低效利用现象。在梳理医养结合型社区养老设施空间使用效率的内涵与影响因素的基础上,以成都市3处典型设施为例,以实际调研和百度兴趣点(POI)数据作为数据获取手段,运用行走效率、空间句法、TOPSIS等分析法从空间分布、空间形式、空间组织、空间复合四个方面入手,建立空间使用效率评价体系,并基于用后评估对案例进行量化研究和综合评价,提出空间使用效率优化策略,以期更好地满足老年人的医养需求。

Since China entered the aging society in 2000,the problem of providing for the aged has become increas-ingly serious.The“combination of medical care and main-tenance”has become the core cause in the field of provid-ing for the aged in recent years.However,there are a large number of inefficient utilizations of the existing community-based elderly care facilities.On the basis of combing the connotation and influencing factors of space use efficiency of community elderly care facilities integrating medical care and nursing care,taking three typical facilities in Chengdu as an example,taking the actual survey and Baidu point of interest(POI)data as data acquisition means,and using the analysis methods of walking efficiency,spatial syntax and TOPSIS,the evaluation system of space use efficiency is established from the four aspects of spatial distribution,spatial form,spatial organization and spatial compound.Based on the post use evaluation,the case is quantitatively studied and comprehensively evaluated,and the optimiza-tion strategy of space use efficiency is put forward in order to better meet the medical and nursing needs of the elderly.
