高职教育均衡发展的现实困境与改善策略——以湖北省高职教育为例 被引量:1

摘要 以示范高职、优质高职、双高校建设为典型,鼓励高职教育特色发展,扶优扶特扶强是高职教育较长时期以来差异化发展的优先战略,有效促进了中国高职教育的总体进步,但是也带来高职教育的非均衡发展,影响高职教育的全面进步。高职教育均衡发展不是采取拉低扯平的方式实现同等发展。湖北高职教育具有与全国高职教育趋势一致的发展规律,需要通过系统的改善策略,增强高职教育对经济社会发展的适应性,实现省域高职教育的相对均衡发展。 Taking the construction of demonstration higher vocational education, high quality higher vocational education and double colleges and universities as a typical example, encouraging the characteristic development of higher vocational education and supporting the excellent and the special is the priority strategy of differential development of higher vocational education. It has effectively promoted the overall progress of China’s higher vocational education. However, it has also brought about the unbalanced development of Higher Vocational Education and affected the overall progress of Higher Vocational Education. The balanced development of higher vocational education is not to achieve the same development by pulling down. Hubei higher vocational education has the same development law with the national higher vocational education trend, which needs to enhance the adaptability of higher vocational education to economic and social development through systematic improvement strategies, so as to realize the relatively balanced development of provincial higher vocational education.
