摘要
我国高职教育人才培养与岗位需求错位的现象比较明显,如何改变高职教育现有人才培养模式不利的局面,实现人才培养与岗位需求无缝对接,已经成为我国高职教育人才培养不可回避的现实问题。本文在深入分析“岗课赛证”融通内在机理的基础上,探析了高职金融服务与管理专业(简称高职金融专业)“岗课赛证”融通的路径。
In China, the mismatch between talent training and position requirements in higher vocational education is quite obvious. How to change the unfavorable situation of talent training mode and achieve the seamless connection between talent training and position requirements has become an unavoidable practical problem of higher vocational education in China. Based on the indepth analysis of the internal mechanism, this paper probes into the path of“post, course, competition and certificate”integration in financial service and management major in higher vocational colleges(hereinafter referred to as higher vocational financial major).
