Research on the Innovation Mechanism of Community Refined Governance in the Post-epidemic Era

“万丈高楼平地起”,“基础不牢,地动山摇”。社区治理,位于我国现代化治理体系的最末端、最基础,是支撑整个国家治理体系最广泛、最深厚的磐石。在我国社会治理重心逐步下移至基层组织的背景下,社区治理面临巨大压力,社区精细化治理转型将有助于形成更为高效、自治、和谐的治理格局。社区治理精细化的创新路径主要包括:完善多治理主体精准协同机制、坚持精准党建引领机制、搭建专业化管理机制、优化智慧社区服务机制。

Ten-thousand-high buildings rise from the ground and if the foundation is not strong, the earth trembles, and the mountains shakes. Community governance, the final and foundamental link of China’s modern governance system, is the most extensive and profound part supporting the entire national governance system. Under the background of the gradual downward shift of the focus of social governance to grassroots organizations in China, community governance is facing great pressure. The transformation of community fine governance will help to form a more efficient, autonomous and harmonious governance pattern. The innovation path of refinement of community governance mainly includes: improving the precise coordination mechanism of multigovernance subjects, adhering to the guiding mechanism of precise party building, building a professional management mechanism,and optimizing the service mechanism of smart community.
