大类培养模式下高校团学工作的影响与对策——以上海理工大学为例

Research on University Youth League Work under the Education Model According to Disciplines——A Case Study of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology

随着高等教育改革的深入发展,大类培养模式逐渐成为一种新型培养方式。文章以上海理工大学为例,从高校基层团学工作角度出发,研究大类培养模式对基层团学工作的促进和该模式下基层团学工作产生的新问题并提出对策。

With the reform of higher education, the mode of educating students according to disciplines become a new mode of education. This paper takes the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology as an example, from the point of view of University Primary Youth League work, concentrates on the promotion and problems of Primary work of Youth League Committee and Student Union in universities at primary level under this model, and provides countermeasures.
