国际绅士化研究进展与展望(1991—2021年)

Progress and Prospects of International Gentrification Research from 1991 to 2021

随着全球城市化进程的不断加快,城市部分街区和乡村地区衰落的现象逐渐凸显,“特定阶层对衰落空间进行更新改造”的绅士化现象日益受到学者们的关注。本文以科学网(Web of Science)核心合集收录的期刊文章为基础,借助文献计量学软件,对1991—2021年绅士化研究的897篇文献进行综述分析并展开讨论。研究发现,国际绅士化研究逐渐从西方国家向全球拓展,从城市区域拓展到乡村地区,并聚焦绅士化社会生态效应、住房与景观空间变化、全球化与新自由主义背景下的绅士化、社区治理与空间环境可持续四个研究主题,定量化的研究方法和技术手段不断丰富。未来,绅士化研究需要进一步加强对复杂尺度下绅士化现象及其成因机制的对比研究,创新大数据研究方法,加强本土化实证研究和理论建构,丰富城乡转型和空间更新背景下的中国绅士化研究,为规避西方绅士化过程中出现的负面效应提供借鉴和参考。

With the acceleration of the global urbanization process,the decline of some urban blocks and rural areas is prominent,and the gentrification phenomenon is increasingly concerned by scholars.Based on VOSviewer software,this study reviewed897 literatures selected from the core collection of Web of Science.The research finds that international gentrification research has mainly focused on four topics during 1991-2021:the concept of gentrification and its social-ecological effects,housing market and spatial changes of landscape,gentrification under globalization and neoliberalism,and community governance and spatial environmental sustainability.Quantitative research methods and techniques have been gradually enriched.In the future,gentrification research needs to further strengthen the comparative study of gentrification phenomenon and its cause mechanism under the complex scale,innovate the research method using big data,strengthen the localized empirical research and theory construction,and enrich the case study in China under the background of urban-rural transformation and spatial renewal to avoid the detrimental effects leading by gentrification as in the West.
