摘要
从连铸410 mm×530 mm大方坯的方框偏析改善角度,对开坯后的等轴晶区进行归方控制,改善组织均匀性,最终提高轧材的力学性能。通过有限元仿真模拟技术以内部质点跟踪方式对15CrNiMn钢连铸大方坯粗轧过程进行轧制工艺优化后的验证,结果表明,在心部所截取的四个质点在变形过程中没有偏离钢坯中心,并形成近似方形形貌分布在钢坯横截面上。在实际生产验证下,开坯后的中间坯形成近似方形的等轴晶区,后续轧制工艺不变的情况下,最终不仅改善了连铸坯内部方框偏析,而且提高了轧材的力学性能。
From the perspective of improving square segregation 410 mm×530 mm continuous casting bloom,to control the equiaxed crystal zone in the process of Multi-Pass Cogging,improve tissue uniformity,finally improve mechanical properties of rolled products.Follow the tracks of the internal particle during the process of steel 15 CrNiMn Multi-Pass Cogging,optimize the rolling processand verify the results.The results show that the four particles intercepted at the center do not deviate from the center of the billet during deformation,and an approximate square shape is formed and distributed on the cross section of continuous casting bloom.The intermediate billet after Multi-Pass,Cogging forms an approximately square equiaxed crystal zone,Finally,not only the square segregation is improved,but also the mechanical properties of rolled products are improved under the condition that the subsequent rolling process remains unchanged.
