摘要
为了提升飞机运行的安全性,设计出飞机除冰液加热控制系统。采用中央控制处理器为飞机除冰液加热控制系统的核心设备,有利于提高系统的精准度。将机翼作为主要研究对象,在能量平衡原理的基础上建立飞机地面除冰过程的能量平衡方程,该过程需要忽略射流冲击对飞机机身产生的影响。利用遗传算法对系统参数进行优化,最终得到的除冰液最高温度为84℃,最大流量数值为210 L/min。将该系统应用于航空公司,可有效提升飞机运行的稳定性。
In order to improve the safety of aircraft operation,the design of aircraft deicing liquid heating control system.The use of central control processor as the core equipment of aircraft deicing liquid heating control system is beneficial to improve the accuracy of the system.Taking wing as the main research object,the energy balance equation of aircraft ground de-icing process is established based on the principle of energy balance,which needs to ignore the influence of jet impact on aircraft fuselage.Genetic algorithm was used to optimize the system parameters.The maximum temperature and maximum flow rate of deicing liquid were 84℃and 210 L/min respectively.The stability of aircraft operation can be improved effectively when the system is applied to airlines.
