摘要
为了提高工业炉的节能减排效果,设计了工业炉在线监测系统。采用物联网和云计算技术作为工业炉在线监测系统的核心技术,在工业炉在线监测系统各个部位安装不同类型的传感器。利用CPU系统内部嵌入式芯片完成工业炉运行数据的实时采集,该芯片具有高性能、低成本、功耗低等优势,可有效提高工业炉的抗干扰能力。通过对工业炉在线监测系统的监测结果进行计算可知,经过在线监测系统的实时监测后,工业炉的工作效率提高了8%左右,可取得良好的社会效益与节能效果。
In order to improve the energy saving and emission reduction effect of industrial furnace,an online monitoring system for industrial furnace is designed.The Internet of Things and cloud computing technology are adopted as the core technology of industrial furnace online monitoring system,and different types of sensors are installed in each part of industrial furnace online monitoring system.Using the embedded chip in THE CPU system to complete the real-time data acquisition of industrial furnace operation,the chip has the advantages of high performance,low cost,low power consumption,and can effectively improve the anti-interference ability of industrial furnace.Through the calculation of the monitoring results of the on-line monitoring system of industrial furnace,it can be found that the working efficiency of industrial furnace is increased by about 8%after the real-time monitoring of the on-line monitoring system,and good social benefits and energy saving effect can be achieved.
