摘要
针对传统工业锅炉的工作环境恶劣、布线过程复杂等问题,本研究设计出一种基于无线传感器的工业锅炉数据采集系统。该系统采用DSP处理器作为系统的核心处理器,凭借DSP处理器的高速度、高性能、低功耗等优势,有利于设计出低功耗、高效率的工业锅炉数据采集系统。为验证该系统的有效性,采用对比测试的方式完成丢包率测试及现场测试。测试结果表明,无线传感器数据采集系统在常温环境下使用中继,未发现无线传感器数据采集系统出现丢包现象。在高低温环境下,无线传感器数据采集系统的最大丢包率为0.012%。本系统具有高低温适应性广、采集通信能力稳定等优势,优于对比系统。
Aiming at the problems of traditional industrial boilers such as bad working environment and complex wiring process,this study designed a data acquisition system for industrial boilers based on wireless sensors.The system uses DSP processor as the core processor.With the advantages of DSP processor such as high speed,high performance and low power consumption,it is beneficial to design low power consumption and high efficiency industrial boiler data acquisition system.In order to verify the effectiveness of the system,the packet loss rate test and field test are completed by means of comparison test.The test results show that the wireless sensor data acquisition system uses relay at room temperature,and no packet loss is found in the wireless sensor data acquisition system.In high and low temperature environment,the maximum packet loss rate of wireless sensor data acquisition system is 0.012%.The system has the advantages of wide adaptability to high and low temperature and stable acquisition and communication ability,which is superior to the comparison system.
