摘要
在天然气压气站燃机余热发电项目中,由于余热发电厂烟气来自中石油西气东输某压气站天然气压缩机用燃气轮机对空排气,其设计均需要通过中石油方面组织的设计审查。结合中石油上海管理处和武汉管理处两次设计评审,指出了天然气压缩机燃机余热发电项目的三大设计难点及其解决办法:一、余热锅炉后应增设引风机,克服余热锅炉、烟道等阻力,不可给燃机造成额外的背压;二、烟道不能有任何荷载作用于现有燃机房顶部,施工期间不得破坏燃机房顶;三、穿越新建发电厂区的原有压气站至火炬的放空管线及电缆需要迁改。
In the gas turbine heat recovery power generation project of a natural gas compressor station,since the flue gas of the heat recovery power plant comes from a gas turbine used for a natural gas compressor in a gas compressor station of PetroChina′s West-East Gas Pipeline,its design needs to pass the design review organized by PetroChina.Combined with the two design reviews of PetroChina Shanghai Management Office and Wuhan Management Office,three major design difficulties and solutions for the natural gas compressor gas turbine waste heat power generation project is point out:First,an induced draft fan should be added after the heat recovery boiler to overcome the heat recovery steam generator,flue gas resistance.Second,the flue gas duct should not have any load acting on the top of the existing gas turbine house,and the roof of the gas turbine house should not be damaged during construction;Third,the vent lines and cables from the original compressor station to the torch that pass through the newly built power plant area need to be relocated.
