摘要
大学生创新创业能力培养是高等教育高质量发展的核心内涵,而对创新创业能力评价则发挥着导向作用。目前大学生创新创业能力评价成为一道卡脖子难题:关于创新创业能力概念界定尚不清晰,对创新创业能力结构认识也非常粗浅,如此就无法对创新创业能力进行科学评价,因此创新创业教育就难以走向深入。要破解这一难题,首先就需要对创新创业能力概念进行科学地界定,其次是要彻底地厘清创新创业能力的基本结构,再次是准确地阐明影响创新创业能力构成的基本维度,最后是基于这些基本维度构建创新创业能力评价量表,如此才能对创新创业能力进行科学的客观评价。
The cultivation of college students’ innovative and entrepreneurial ability is one of the keynotes of high-quality development of higher education, and the evaluation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability plays a guiding role. At present, the evaluation of innovative and entrepreneurship ability of college students has become a knotty problem: The concept of innovative and entrepreneurial ability is not clearly defined, and the understanding of the structure of innovative and entrepreneurial ability is also very superficial, thus making it impossible to make scientific evaluation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability and difficult for innovation and entrepreneurship education to go deeper. To find a solution to this problem, firstly, we need to define the concept of innovative and entrepreneurial ability scientifically, secondly, we need to clarify the basic structure of innovative and entrepreneurial ability thoroughly, thirdly, we need to map out the basic dimensions that affect the composition of innovative and entrepreneurial ability accurately, and finally, we need to construct an evaluation scale of innovative and entrepreneurial ability based on these basic dimensions, so that we can evaluate innovative and entrepreneurial ability scientifically and objectively.
