Building College Teachers’ Force under the Background of New Liberal Arts Construction: Problem Identification and Path Selection

高校教师队伍建设是新文科建设的关键环节和重要保障。文章按照“为什么—是什么—怎么样”的研究逻辑,揭示新文科建设中高校教师队伍建设的价值意蕴,通过深度访谈梳理出新文科建设对高校教师的新要求,通过20所院校的问卷调查,识别当前教师队伍面临的主要问题,进而基于工作绩效管理模型,从培育教师能力特质、优化组织激励促进教师工作投入、全方位打造组织支持三方面提出新文科建设背景下高校教师队伍建设的具体对策。

The construction of college teachers’ force is the key link and important guarantee for the construction of new liberal arts. According to the research logic of "why-what-how", this paper reveals the value and significance of the construction of college teachers’ force in the context of construction of new liberal arts. Through in-depth interviews, we sorted out the new requirements for college teachers in the construction of new liberal arts, and identified the main problems facing the current teaching staff through questionnaire survey in 20 colleges and universities. Then, based on the work performance management model, this paper puts forward specific countermeasures for the construction of college teachers’ force from three aspects: cultivating teachers’ ability traits, optimizing organizational incentives to promote teachers’ work engagement, and creating organizational support in an all-round way.
