Freshmen education plays a role of connecting,guiding and laying a foundation.From the perspective of system concept,the integrity,hierarchy,interaction and openness should be adhered to,so as to accurately grasp the objectives,tasks,forms and contents of freshmen education and build a freshmen education system with a distinct orientation,comprehensive structure,efficient operation,coordination and openness.It is necessary to focus on the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue,maintain the unity of moral education and talent cultivation,and gather the forces of schools,families and society to create a multidimensional freshman education system,thereby guiding young students to take a correct first step in universities.
