基于空间行为与需求差异的乡村公共空间活力重构

Strategies for Activating Rural Public Space Based on Spatial Behavior and Demand

在乡村旅游开发背景下,游客与村民在乡村公共空间使用上存在利益冲突与需求差异。以辽宁省凌海市牤牛屯村为例,运用环境行为学理论,探究不同利益主体与行为主体的公共空间行为冲突。不同人群的行为特征与空间需求差异性分析结果表明,广场、村民住宅、农田等空间交界处是不同人群空间行为冲突的主要发生区域,需针对不同空间活动类型进行空间分隔与边界围合,合理引导游客与村民空间行为,实现乡村空间主体的多元平衡。针对不同人群的空间行为特征与诉求,从观光展示、建设方式、空间营造、文化塑造等层面提出乡村公共空间的活力重构策略。

Under the background of rural tourism development,tourists and villagers have conflicts of interest and different needs in the use of rural public space.Taking Mangniu Village,Linghai City,Liaoning Province,as an example,using the theory of environmental behavior,we explore the behavioral conflicts between different interest subjects and actors in public space.Different demand of human behavior characteristics and space difference analysis results indicate that the square,the villagers residential,farmland,such as space at the junction,is a different crowd space behavior conflict occurs mainly area,which should be carried out for different types of space such as activities space and boundary surround close,reasonable guide tourists and villagers'spatial behavior,to realize rural space body balance.According to the spatial behavior characteristics and demands of different people,we put forward the dynamic reconstruction strategy of rural public space from the aspects of sightseeing display,construction mode,space construction and cultural shaping.
