双表面润湿特性组合筛网分离油-水乳化液 被引量:2

摘要 通过CuCl_(2)-HCl溶液浸渍及硬脂酸(STA)表面修饰相结合的方法分别制备了具有超疏水/超亲油和超亲水/超亲油润湿特性的不锈钢筛网膜,并利用环氧树脂AB胶将2种不同润湿特性的筛网黏结后,得到具有双表面润湿特性的组合筛网,采用组合筛网作为分离部件的实验装置对水包油(O/W)型乳液进行分离,考察组合筛网层间距和孔径对分离效果的影响。结果表明,该组合筛网能够分离无表面活性剂和表面活性剂稳定的O/W型乳液,具有很高的分离效率(提取液质量分数均不小于98%)。当两层筛网层间距为0.3 mm,第一层、第二层筛网孔径分别为0.100、0.180 mm时,其分离效果最佳。 Two types of stainless steel meshes with super hydrophobicity/oleophilicity and hydrophilicity/oleophilicity were prepared by the method combining CuCl_(2)-HCl solution infiltration and stearic acid(STA)surface modification.Then the both were bonded by epoxy resin AB adhesive,thus forming the combined meshes with double surface wettability.The influence of the inter-layer spacing and pore size of the combined meshes on the separation effect was investigated using a device with the combined meshes as the separation part to separate oil-in-water(O/W)emulsion.The results show that the combined meshes can separate both surfactant-free and surfactant-stabilized emulsion(O/W)with high efficiency(extraction mass fraction≥98%).The separation effect turns out to be the best when the inter-layer spacing is 0.3 mm,and the pore size of the first and second layers is 0.100 mm and 0.180 mm,respectively.
